How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
What is the return policy for footwear?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the price tags and invoice are intact to process your request.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it via the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.
Does Khadims offer a warranty on products?
Yes, we provide a limited manufacturing warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase against any structural defects.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped yet. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
